Experience the YogaRevolution Movement in Yoga Practice! This modernized approach to Vinyasa Yoga rhythmically aligns all asana movements to the breath in a precise, artful way, while the poses are chosen for their invigorating and therapeutic benefits to relieve neck/back tension, strengthen eysight, energize internal organs, protect joints & build a healthy, lifted posture. Students of all levels and abilities all join together in one class. Intermediate and advanced practitioners of Yoga will find the YogaRevolution Technique a pleasant challenge, while beginners can easily follow the same sequence, simplifying the poses to their basics.

GUIDED MEDITATION - Weekly guided Meditation sessions, exploring different themes of Yoga Philosophy in their intuitive, poetic form, while cultivating Svadhyaya (sanskrit for "Self-study"), and learning to befriend our Mind, one thought at a time. Followed by a presentation on the vast wisdom Tradition of Yoga, emphasizing its usefullness to achieve mental declutter and self-mastery.

MEDICAL YOGA - Therapeutic Asana sequences designed to relieve Back/Neck Pain, Migraines, Joint Pain &aid in recovery from injury.The class is tailored to address the needs of individual participants.

YogaRevolution EGYPTIAN BELLYDANCE:
Join the YogaRevolution Movement in Dance! Empowering, enlightening and 100% Yogic dance form, elevating all women to the status of goddess. Beginners welcome!

ALL LEVELS YOGA - Deepen your practice building upon fundamentals with more invigorating asana sequences, ujayii breathwork, & optional inverson, modifying poses when necessary with props.

PRENATAL YOGA - Yoga class for expecting mothers to help alleviate low back pain, improve flexibility, posture and prepare for labor. No previous yoga experience necessary. Partners welcome!

GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA - The class focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures w/the use of props.
