KIDS(ages 5 -8) AND PARENTS YOGA
Give your kids the benefit of flexibility, strength, and calmness. Kids' yoga will introduce children to the basics of yoga while incorporating games and fun!
TEENS' YOGA
For teens, yoga is a great way to reduce the stress of every day school and social life while improving their physical health. Yoga is a great support as the body grows and matures. Stretching and focus on the breath bring a sense of freedom with it, improving the self image, even a teen’s outlook on life. Increasing physical strength, endurance, flexibility, focus and concentration are just some of the benefits of yoga for teens. Yoga will also help tone and shape the body and improve memory.
MOMMY AND BABY YOGA
At Mommy and Baby Yoga, you’ll get your body back by strengthening your core while you learn to breathe, relax and bring more serenity into your life. The class is also a great way to connect with other moms and share the journey of motherhood.
KIDS(ages 4 - 8) BELLYDANCE:
Children will learn the basic techniques of belly dance in a fun and supportive environment.
