A mixed-level class for experienced and new yogis looking to take their yoga practice to the next level. This class covers the essence of Yoga: the dynamic application of body locks(yogic bandhas) with Ujyajii breath in a slow-paced, yet challenging asana sequence, including inversions. We’ll also explore Pranayama (Ujayii breath exercises), Meditation and chanting. Modified poses/yoga props will be used for less experienced yogis or people w/injuries. Fee: $18, ($15 on 10-class card)

INTRO TO YOGA
Introduces students of all ages/fitness levels to the principles of alignment, proper breathing techniques and poses.Modifications, blocks and blankets are used in this class to ensure safe alignment and stability in posture.
All LEVELS YOGA
Vigorously-paced yoga class to build body strength, flexibility and strong breath through sun salutations, flowing
sequences and held postures.

MAT PILATES
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise focusing on inner muscles of the body, particularly abdomen and spine. Pilates strenghens and stretches the body creating longer and leaner appearance and increasing flexibility. You will get a fantastic posture, reduce stress and connect to your mind and body more naturally and gracefully.
GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA
The class focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures through easeful breath and with the assistance of yoga props. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind, for conditions including insomnia, asthma, chronic pain, migraines, and low energy.
All LEVELS YOGA DANCE
Fun, creative and expressive yoga class combining ujayii breath and yoga poses with simple dance movements. Beginners welcome!
PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION available.
PRENATAL YOGA
For pregnant women (spouses and partners are welcome, too). Give your baby the gift of yoga — a relaxed and strong mom! No yoga experience necessary.
KIDS and TEENS YOGA

DANCE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BEGINNER’s BELLYDANCE:
torso/hip/chest undulations, graceful arms, shimmy/vibrations, hip/chest accents, steps, turns. Get fit, have fun and enjoy this exciting dance at an easy to learn pace.
KIDS(ages 4 - 8) BELLYDANCE:
Children will learn the basic techniques of belly dance in a fun and supportive environment.
ZUMBA LATIN DANCE FITNESS
A fun and effective cardio workout the entire body. Upbeat music with fast and slow Latin moves is used. Zumba has something to offer for all fitness levels!
